Your pricing does not make sense to me, unless I'm missing something (considering all annual plans):
300GB, 3.6€/TB
600GB, 4.16€/TB
900GB, 3.7€/TB.

Maybe a cheap Kimsufi dedicated machine (KS-1 or KS-2) is a good alternative solution. I know, not easy to grab one of them and these are not the 'strongest' machines (CPU, etc), but comes with dedicated resources. €3.99 - €4.99+VAT/month
