I was with them for a decade, or so but nothing recent and I wouldn't go back. A few key employees left, that put the tin lid on it, for me.
10 years is a long time.... some of the infustructure seems to run on iomart. As long as the VPS is up and running, everything else I can do.
Had direct contact with the then MD as well as some senior techs.
I ran on vmware and EMC storage. I helped with introduction of one of their dynamic VPS offerings too (Enlight). They switched all vmware to Hyper-V: bye, bye!
Support declined rapidly after about 5 years and I had an unannounced 'intrusion' from their Indian Support personnel. 'nuff said.
When you do have any issues, it's a fight with L1 Support, to not allow them to login to your VPS and convince them that your knowledge exceeds theirs i.e. it's a task for L2/L3.
Be careful out there!
Lol! Thanks, I might as well stick with OVH in that case...
Note: my eventual replacement for the above is OVH Cloud (UK).
Disc performance is crap in comparison, otherwise it has been fine, with far cheaper IPs and a semi-reasonable cPanel cost.
I substituted (buggy/flawed) R1Soft CDP with just my own backups (rsync/Nextcloud).
Total cost of the above is also less than what it was at eukhost.
I’m using the new OVH VPS servers and disk speed seems fine...
Currently using DirectAdmin, but thinking of going back to cPanel.
Note constant background I/O wait.

Hetrixtools says no disk I/O wait?
I only use Hetrixtools to monitor uptime - I don't trust sending data out to 3rd parties; that includes Netdata too.
