under comments just attach a smart log ... it helps if your drive is really old or has damaged sectors.
if you´re lucky you get a 2tb as replacment, if not you will get a used 500gb.

My KS1 is using the Atom N2800, and has been replacing the hard drive from 500GB to 2TB used 46600 hours.
So i got a failed harddrive in GRA recently and instead of a 3.5 inch hdd i got a 2.5 inch 500gig.
Seems like they are now exchanging the disk with Laptop disks.
My ks1 500gb got replaced to an 2TB HDD :-)
Are you sure you had a 3.5" drive? I thought they used only 2.5" since many years ago, or maybe always.
