NAT question - how to access windows created proxy access from the world

To everyone at LET I found the best place to ask a networking question is LET as the guys you are just actual person has experience with this type of stuff.

Situation:

Have created a few proxy in local machine using ccproxy.

Demo proxies:
192.168.1.50:808 or 1080
192.168.1.51:808 or 1080
.
.
.
.
.so on...

Those proxies can be accessed from that machine only but I want to make them public and so can use from any other windows computer I have.

Is it possible to connect the laptop to my wifi and port forward something or somehow that I can access the oroxies?

Like Connect to the wifi and use the proxy by port from any other computer?

Thanks for the help :)
It's good to see the dark mode of LET.
