Well, it seems that nobody answers some questions about selling, i don't want to know if these questions are about support, anyway.
Ordered and paid on the 20th. Nov 22 got an email that said it would be 24 hours max before service would be provisioned. Nothing yet. Have asked for a refund.

If you have a sales question and you don't get a response here, then you should contact us through our website. I am one person from Reprise Hosting; our other staff do not use my account nor do they monitor replies to these threads. If I'm away from the forums, as I have been for the past week, then you will not receive a response.
We communicated to you first by e-mail then via the trouble ticket you opened that the server you ordered had recently become out of stock and that we would not be able to set you up until we received a shipment of hardware. It is not possible for us to expedite a shipment of hardware that is already in transit.
You were informed that your service start date would be adjusted to reflect the delayed start up and that we would even credit your next months bill by 50%. If you review the first reply in your trouble ticket you'll see that my colleague Jeff Michaels stated that we would be happy to issue you a full refund. You replied stating that you were content to wait.
As I stated above, a full refund was immediately offered to you in the first reply to your trouble ticket--due to the out of stock delay. Why would a chargeback be necessary if a full refund is available?
I certainly understand your frustration with a delayed setup, but when we're out of stock on a server and a new shipment is already en route--there's nothing that we can do to speed up the process.
