Uptime Monitoring 100 Monitors 30 seconds Lifetime Deal 49$
Just found this. Website looks clean, intervals and features, too. Might be worth a shot for those with more projects.

Great, thanks for sharing bud!
Awesome. Any reviews?
@jahrinc
You're welcome
@plumberg
Haven't tried it yet but will sign up for their free plan to check it out. The websites, features, producthunt and other LTD reviews and some random youtube video in it made me think it looks like a good deal though. API is nice to have ofc
Status page looks cool (judging from their own).
You can also stack codes from appsumo to buy 2 or 3 codes to get even bigger limits and add team members.
Maybe for some reason they are missing a comparison with HetrixTools on their website.
Looks like BetterUptime has only four probes in total (at least only 4 IPs are listed in their FAQ). HetrixTools often have three workers in different datacenters for each country.
Is it correct that according to their docs they only support Ping and HTTP probes, i.e. no generic TCP ports?
And last but not least, I love that HetrixTools reports include a
mtr
from all probes when a downtime is detected. Very handy for troubleshooting anycast networks. So, just wanted to say HetrixTools are pem - and of course thanks for sharing this offer which might be a good deal for certain use cases.
You're welcome. Always happy to share when I find smth I think might be interesting
Hetrix is prem, no doubt (judging from the community reviews). Just thought I'd put this out there, regardless. Might be a good mix between Uptimerobot free 5 minutes interval and other services. An MTR is a nice addition. About time I gave Hetrix a try hehe
About only HTTP/Ping probes and others I guess it's best to contact them directly and see what's on the roadmap (or hidden in the user panel?) or create an account with their free plan.
Where can I see the example of the public status page ? i can't find it on their website

Never heard of them/it. Archive.org agrees.
Google barely knows about them.
Adding SMS alerts to a Lifetime package seems like suicide. It's not sustainable.
Looks like the domain was bought & transfered in feb 2020
Not Hetrixtools/10
Appsumo usually for new start up company. You always have the risk to get a product that will not last for your lifetime.
For my understanding, SMS and call only limit to US/Canada only. If you want to have international call or sms, you need to upgrade with extra monthly payment.
If you are new to appsumo, you may use my refer link to get $10 discount for first purchase. I will get $10 refer as well.

HetrixTools has gotten so good that it's really hard for any new comer to compete with them. They really are the best.
In case you need a swarm of monitors, a $12/year vps provides you with almost unlimited number of monitors with the messenger of your choice notifications.
The Problem is that I'm an LTD addict. Pay once and forget.
Hetrix surely has lots of more features, but I really just monitor https/ping and don't have any servers/vps just websites. So all good for me. Currently with uptimerobot free
Hetrix and competitors may be a bit like WHMCS and Blesta feature wise. WHMCS has lots of more stuff but not everyone needs these extra features for the higher price. Ethically speaking not even gonna compare hetrix to whmcs. Obviously Hetrix is legit and rightfully very reputable. Just saying not all competitors need to provide all these features, necessarily. Not saying I wouldn't welcome extra stuff

Just bang that on a spare VPS and you're good to go.
I used that a while ago. Was fine but after a while I dropped it. Don't remember the reason. I believe there were some other options, too on the likes of awesome-selfhosted.
What happens if your spare VPS goes down?
Use another spare vps
Exactly.
It's pretty good, but haven't put it through its paces with hundreds of monitors. For me, it works fine for 20 vps servers, but I also use Uptime Robot as well.
SMS is CHEAP. They'll have a big ass pool that they'll never hit, so the cost is subsidized by paying customers with monthly support. The voice calls is more expensive.
Damn! i missed this sales... i really need this especially the phone call alert and team management
I rather spend the 49$ on hookers and put Night-Sky on my life time vps.
Nobody stopping you
Hookers, plural? Oh boy.
If you get more you get bigger discounts.
Quantity over quality is one way to go.
