Uptime is great, the platform is reliable and owned by Selectel, a good Russian provider.
Sadly the platform has not seen improvements since its launch and it feels like Selectel doesn't care much. Still, it is perfectly useable nowadays and there is no reason to avoid them.
Other smaller player which you can also consider would be VDSina, but Vscale is more reliable in my opinion.
Good hosting in terms of speed and uptime, but unfortunately on vscale it turns out to be very expensive and only 2 cores at an average tariff, besides. There is an hourly rate
