Are there any of these out there? Like BuyVM where you get Blesta for free, but with WHMCS? Or at least bundled at a cheaper price?

What's your budget and VM configuration requirements?
VM should be 1-2GB ram, preferably at least 2 cores and like 30GB disk. KVM is preferred.
Price.. well, as cheap as possible I guess, but no real limit if from reputable company. But should be cheaper than UpCloud + WHMCS license of course

The lowest cost of whmcs value added license is $7.20 per month without any server.
So question is what is lowest price you are expecting from a provider with vps + whmcs?
I guess HostUS sets the bar, so anything lower than that

Only hostus can give you lowest price for WHMCS especially when they offer discount
You have to pay at least $20/mo for a reseller account to get a free WHMCS through them.
if some company offers whmcs with reseller then ask for VPS with some extra dollar pay.

Knownhost has internal license for $5
Skynethosting $8.99/m. But its not a vps. Its shared hosting with free whmcs and cpanel.
This is pretty cheap tho.
Edit: but their vps is so expensive.
Their dedicated server is okay. Also maybe you can use it on shared hosting?

It could be better if you had a $12 VPS Plan :P Then, it could come to $10/Month for a VPS + WHMCS.
