I have already have a server on you guys. If I order this, is it really instant setup a.k.a a few minutes ? because the first time I order, it took a few hours / day.

Unless you order a totally whack config that we don't have the HW in stock for, yes. If you get it in within the next half hour I can personally oversee that it gets built out immediately (assuming the config you order isn't already prepped, many of which are).

I mean stock configuration as in no custom configuration at all.

Dedi probably not but we've been talking about getting some KVM nodes going over there. If/when we do that will include managed and unmanaged offerings.

Yep available for instant setup except the E5620 CPU which we're out of at the moment as noted in the OP above.
