Reuqires at least 1:

  • IRR-based Filter
  • no src filter

to allow my have downstreams.

    Going to be hard unless you're a colo/etc.

    Accepting AS-SET's is iffy.

    HE.net mainly does IRR Filter by AS-SET for me now, over two IXes. and some other Europe upstreams can do so. But still finding US/APAC.
