Jetbackup is not an alternative or comparable with r1soft.
Can you please elaborate on that answer?
I'm also looking for R1Soft alternatives, and JetBackup for Linux at least appears to be a similar product according to their Web site.
From looking at their docs, it seems that they don't use the same server/client model as R1Soft, so for me that's the most obvious difference after a quick glance. I like how R1Soft centralizes the backup server and notifications, so I would prefer an alternative that works in a similar way.
Acronis is 6p per gb using their storage... or they do per device licenses and you use your own storage. I know they have some pricing changes coming up. Look for resellers - Inty is one.

They have so many products, which one are you using?
