Thanks for sharing! This helped me, because is one of the providers who seems to be interesting (their offers) to me but yet i do not have experiences with them. All seems great imo, especially NVMe speed is pretty fast, only i did expect a little bit more from Epyc cpu core.

You're welcome! This is a little monster.
Also the panel for VPS is on English.

  • The only problem with them is with Contracts , if you dont want to pay for the next month and you didnt ask them to cancel the server within first 14 days , then you will be forced to pay for another month , even if you dont want it.

That's normal business model in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Right. Similar it is in case of Netcup and Firstroot (all they are german companies)
But i do not say with this i like it, no.. I like classic simple: go, until you have prepaid service & cancel anytime, as u need and want

BUT: also exceptions are here: Contabo is also Gemrany company, and they does not do such obstruction - u can simple cancel service anytime as you want, normal good useless-uncopmlicated classic. So there is no any real reason (some duty) why other and mentioned germany companies complicate it..

I think @PHP_Friends are much better in this respect - they need only 14 days advance notice to cancel the contract (compared to Netcup and others, who need a minimum 4 weeks notice most of the time with the odd contract being a little more flexible perhaps).

I think @Avoro and @vServer are also much better in this respect and they allow you to cancel the contract before the start of the next period (the typical LET prepaid model). Likewise I think @Hetzner_OL also deserves a lot of appreciation for making their contracts also quite friendly in terms of when/how you can cancel (even to a specific date in the future!).

Irrespective, it pays to be aware of the specifics of the contract and do things appropriately - there's never any other fuss or drama as long as you follow the rules nicely.

  • All offers based on a 12-month contract, but still highly competitive for the performance.

    Mindestvertragslaufzeit: 12 Monate

Perhaps @PHP_Friends might consider English translation of their website...?

  • It's awesome if you need a server for production use. You can sleep in peace.

  • Hello, looking for vServer M & L YABS (Mostly care about the CPU performance). Does anyone have one handy?

Or maybe @PHP_Friends could post one

Just click on the red banner with the text

    MINDESTVERTRAGSLAUFZEIT WECHSELN: 1 MONAT

For example, for the product vServer S SSD G3 AMD, the 12-month price is 7,79 € / month, whereas the 1-month price is 8,76 € / month.

  • Since this thread has already been bumped, I might point out that PHP-Friends have a special promotion at the moment:

    Intel Xeon E5-2630 v3 / v4
2 dedicated vCores (with nested virtualization)
    8 GB RAM (DDR4 ECC)
    80 GB SSD (RAID-10)
    DDoS protection
    1 GBit/s connection
    1 IPv4
    /64 IPv6
    10 TB / month traffic

Ah, right, although it's a contract for 6 months, one pays twice: each time for 3 months in advance :)
