  • Would you be able to disclose what CPU is used in the host machine? I saw a random benchmark showing a really old CPU, not sure if it’s because the benchmark is old.

  • Excellent provider, used their services many times. Recommend.

    Thanked by 1Hassan
  • I also recommend Hostodo

  • Indeed a great provider, support is fast to respond and overall very smooth sailing.

Evidently not that fast... my question above is still unanswered.

You do realize this is just a public forum where they post their ads, right?
This is NOT their support system. A sales person on here might reply, but for actual support - you are at the wrong place.

Sure, but since I’m not a customer yet and don’t need/can’t get tech support, the speed at which they respond to a prospective customer’s pre-sales enquiry is my only insight into how responsive they are. In fact, I may be too cynical but I always imagined you’d want to respond to prospective customers more proactively, since it might lead to a sale.

Usually with most companies - sales work Monday-Friday and tech support is 24/7.

    Hey,

Yeah they are E5-2650v1s or v2s. Older procs but they are work horses.

    Thanks,
    Hassan

Usually, but the fact that they posted an ad here on Saturday indicates their sales was at least somewhat active after-hours. (Which is a good thing, of course.)

    Anyway all good now.
