That depends on a lot factors, IPv4/IPv6, the method used for testing, etc. - our smallest instance is not rate-limited, so higher speeds are (of course) possible. Internally, we got every bladecenter / rack connected with at least 2x 10G and upgrade further, if we hit 40% usage - which is however not the case for any rack
