I don't think with you budget 500mbps port speed and 400 SSD possible.

Contabo does more than this for the asking price (16GB RAM with 6 CPU's). Only problem is the cap after 100mbit+ constant bandwidth consumption.
You are not going to get contabo price without contabo boss. Yes you want a good deal and that's why we all come to LE websites. But, unless there's some major corners being cut (singled homed bandwidth, no raid, cpu from dinosaurs era etc), that pricing is not only impossible but also unsustainable.
Anyone who is doing something similar, is massively overselling. Which means there will be enough limitations on the tos that will prevent you from using the full resource.
Yes, contabo has been doing this for quite sometime now. But, they won't be doing it for long enough (owned by the same guys that owns cpanel/solusvm/whmcs) and known for price hikes.
You might find someone like hostdoc, who will sell you the dream, just to leave you with nightmares and your clients hanging.
