No response to tickets from Quadhost

My VPS is offline for no apparent reason. I have tried starting on portal many times in last 1 week but i am unable to get it started. No reason mentioned. No response by Quadhost to tickets for last 1 week.

Their status page says:
I have an i83 VPS in NL and it was null routed for about 36 hours yesterday, back up this afternoon. I could get onto the system via IPv6 no problem. Looks like they're suffering some kind of concerted attack.
Their public status page has been saying this for last month or so. I think there is some bug with their status page itself. This page works http://statuscake.quadhost.net/
I have VPS in NL which according to this page is working fine but i still can't get my vps running. Atleast we deserve a status update

My ticket's status was open for months, I just close it by myself and move on.

I have a London VPS, IPv6 not working
Just move on, my sg vps from quadhost can never see the light again, and they still ask me to pay my invoice for a service that is already dead. Noice.
