Looking for colocation on east coast

Hello,
I'm looking for a colo provider with the following requirements:
14 IPs or a /28 subnet
At least 200mbps unmetered
at least 1 amps power
East-coast (Canada or U.S.)
1u rack space
Ideal pricing would be around $50/month, but I have a budget of $60/month.

Not sure if @freerangecloud does that, but if they do - they are prem.
@dacentec might help you with your budget.
So we'll be bringing a Toronto DC online at the end of the month, so if central Canada works I could definitely do colo for $50. Usually we do a /29 of Ipv4 but I could probably squeeze it to a /28.
