Looking control panel for iaas

I am looking to provide iaas in which my clients can create and manage vms ,one click application install ,billing for what they use.please provide name of such cloud control panel?

    OpenNebula if going for cloudy stuff (Firecracker micro-VMs for Docker container etc.), Proxmox for KVM-only simplicity (for containers, it only supports LXC, which isn't recommended for multi-tenant), SolusVM for "don't fix it if it ain't broken". That's the major ones, as far as I know.

    @fleio, but you will have to understand and learn OpenStack.
    -billing system integrated
    -cpanel integration
    -perfect ui/ix

    100€/month = 100 cores

    I believe all of them have WHMCS integrations, which should be more than sufficient.

    Then go with virtualizor. They have bugs but their support team is very helpful.

    Otherwise use solusvm with Whmcs or blesta for billing.

    Or the best option is Openstack + Flieo if you want something more.
