Launching a new location takes 3mo - 12mo planning minimum for any responsible provider. Market conditions need to be researched, quotes obtained and hardware shipped. Further, exotic locations needs routes checked and optimized. No responsible provider is going to open a location just for you for a single VPS.
I am guessing you are posting this because you believe that the pricing from the likes of gcorelabs is too expensive.... Israel is an expensive place to host servers (small market & expensive). Their prices are pretty competitive though.
Milan Italy might be your best bet (check transit provider routes) or Germany (further distance but usually good routes to MENA).
How much lower are you looking for? Gcore israel is quite possibly the cheapest I have ever seen
They have good price but no ddos protect (as I chat with them and they said they will notice me when It will be)
Kamatera have 3 locations in Israel, any reason why you haven't chosen them?

I know rocket league has servers with ddos protection in israel with i3d. Good luck getting a VPS with them in that location though. And even if you get one, it will be expensive.
