Around $1 Plans in Europe?

Hello, I am looking to get a few servers in Europe and Asia. Looking for the most budget friendly servers with monthly billing (not sure how long I will need, could be months to years). Bandwidth usage will vary, so I don't have a number in mind, the higher the better though. As long as the server can boot up, it meets the specs I need. Really the only two requirements are that it has an IPv4, and budget friendly. Looking for any suggestions, thanks LET!

$1/mo doesn't really leave much for the provider after the fees. If you could go for 6 months or year, inceptionhosting is pretty decent.
Check this out https://lowendbox.com/blog/1-vps-1-usd-vps-per-month - limited providers, but it seems like for example, vServer might be an option for you?

summer hosts from russia need your money)
What you are asking for is simply uneconomical for any western company: the bank or credit card payment processor will already take ~25ct of that dollar, then you would need to do a massive amount of accounting just for such small amounts. In the end, the provider would most probably be left with around 0$ to actually pay for hardware, network, power and IP addresses. (We aren‘t even talking about any profit here, yet.)
You could always wait for another Cociu or VPSDime special
We are running the following $1/mo VPS but with the annual billing on France, EU location:
What @hohl said. That's very optimistic on fees actually. You also need to integrate Currency conversion costs (aka the integrated rate built into Paypals poor transaction rate or something like Transferwise if you are doing enough volume). $0.60 at most after transaction fees & conversion from AU Paypal.
That's about enough to cover the book keeping / accounting costs indeed.
