Oneprovider support ?

So I decided to purchase a server at oneprovider (hosted at Online.net in Paris) ... I know ... I probably should have known better ... On top: I decided to pay a year in advance to have some discount ... I know ... I should have known much better ...
It seems the server has 500+ Mbps download but sometimes just barely 5 or even less Mbps upload ....
Support was initially very fast in sending a (standard) reaction with the steps to take to get some network statistics in rescue mode and after having provided this, it seems to stop
" Your ticket was forwarded to our advanced specialists."
-> I suppose this means it is now laying around at online.net ?
(it has been there currently for some 2 days now)
Does anyone have any experience on how long it could be before getting a solution ? (I just extended my soyoustart server - that was already expired - for an additional month - just in case) ...
Thanks

Knowing online.net it'll probably never get sorted.
Online.net response time : 6 hours to 24 hours
OneProvider response time : 6 hours to 3 days
OHV/Soyoustart response time : Never (within frew hours for Hardware failure)
Support who?
I think this is what Online.net calls ‘basic unmetered bandwidth’.
Exactly this. When I had a server with them I encountered similiar issues. Upload was a hit or mess, I had many times during a day with upload speed below 5 Mbps. When I contacted their support I finally got the reply from some non-L1 staff that Paris DC2 (where my server was located) has old (and most likely terribly oversubscribed) network infrastructure. So this is expected and cannot be changed. Finally I cancelled my server. I went with OVH and am more than happy since then.
So it has nothing to do with support, it's simply their network which is ... well, sometimes okay, sometimes unusable, depending on how calm the other users in the datacenter are. If you do not need any guaranteed minimum throughput, Online.net has some pretty cheap offers. But it is totally random how much throughput / packet loss you will get.
