Hello,
I'm building a company for a SAAS Company, the software is ready but i'm looking for a ready CMS/ERP to manage client for sell software, ticket, invoice and payment.
What do you suggest?
I think only WHMCS

Or WooCommerce + License Manager?
Surely you mean sell service...?
Are you planning on doing seat-based invoicing or plain invoicing? Are you planning on automating things?
If you're looking for something pre-built, WHMCS can help you with basic licensing. Otherwise, Stripe has also introduced a payment portal. It helps with package management and other stuff

My software has 1 client 1 server it s the reason why I think whmcs. And about addons/module of my software?
Blesta + License Manager may be?

Dude you're on LET.
Selfhost https://www.erxes.org/ on a cheap VPS.
Forget about buying on Appsumo.
WHMCS. End of the story. Of course there are alternatives but IMO WHMCS has the best quality/price ratio and most importantly it is good (but not perfect) at many things. It also has the biggest community and a lot of third-party modules.
The bad news is that WHMCS billing is poor. The way it handles overpayments, upgrades/downgrades and add funds invoices is wrong on many levels. Moreover it lacks a lot of billing concepts (eg. credit notes, electronic invoicing, overpayments... I could keep listing things for hours).
You are italian and we both know that we can't play with invoices. WHMCS doesn't respect basic regulations so be prepared to purchase third-party modules.
just yesterday i buy your module..i think i ask a quote to you
