How to download images from a list of webpages?

Hello, I have list of webpages and now i want to download images from that webpage that are lets say 1280x700 or width=1280. How can i do this in Ubuntu command line? I tried youtube-dl but thats not working 
any custom tool??
What i'm looking for is something like: command URL -o filename.jpg
