Hostigger has good prices for similar resources. For example, 2 Core CPU
6 GB RAM, 30 GB SSD, 2 TB Bandw, 1 Gbit/s port - 47,88$/year. But I would like to look 3 core CPU and a competitor for them.).
Then go with Hostigger. Hardwares are not free.
And business is not a charity.
Provider will not survive if they provide this kind of specs at this low price.

Maybe someone will offer you something. But maybe with overselling and old hardwares.
