I have Ryzen 3700X NVMe VPS in Moscow, Bitcoin is accepted but you must pass account checks (which means no fake information, no bad history, etc).

I have a 88RUB node with gcorelabs.com in Khabarovsk. Nice peering with China Telecom&Unicom but not with China Mobile. 100ms ping to Moscow, 30ms to Tokyo, 70ms to HongKong, 140ms to Frankfurt. ipv6 is slightly faster. (US west coast is routed via Europe) No compliants at all, it simply works. I posted bench.sh on them earlier.
Location?
It seems they are from Latvia, but website hosted in Moscow.
I looked into it and their VPS's looking glass says St. Petersburg... weird.
Right now - Saint-Petersburg, Russia. In ~2 weeks we'll open another location in Latvia.
Looks like the offer is out of stock. Any plans of restocking, or was this a promo?

@SnowStylez
abcvg seems to be just a reseller for all kind of dedi providers (ovh, hetzner, online.net, etc.) with no machines in russia.
@MikeA recommended
Definitely try out @MikeA - worth every penny
Why automatically changes from $ 1 to 1.23 euros when I buy?
VAT? Are you from EU country? Our company is located in Latvia.
Same situation, when I login to the control panel the currency is automatically changing from USD to EUR. Probably because we are from EU region. I was not able to change the currency back in the settings. The 0.23 is probably the local VAT.
Edit: otherwise this is not a bad offer for this price. I miss only the rDNS option, and not prefer the 'blocked mail ports'.
@qmesso @titus it's based on your country.
