But cpanel license check https://verify.cpanel.net/app/verify?ip=178.162.193.xx shows 15 day trial, expired
1 month ago I moved xsl.tel to a newer server and was using cPanel trial (because why not). anyway, I didn't care about renewing it because I hardly log in to cPanel/WHM to manage xsl.tel server. this has been fixed now.
