InterWorx: Critical Security Update Released for InterWorx-CLI RPM

I personally do not use InterWorx but thought it would be helpful for those who do.

We have released a critical security update to the interworx-cli RPM package. If you have automatic Interworx updates enabled, your server is likely already patched, as the update was released yesterday afternoon. Note: interworx-cli is not a required package. If you don’t have interworx-cli installed you do not need this update.

To check if you have this update via UI go to Nodeworx > Server > Software updates. Interworx-cli will be listed under Software Update History and the version should be 2.1.0. If it is listed under Available Updates you can check it and update.

To check and or update via CLI:

rpm -qa | grep interworx-cli

interworx-cli-2.0.0-4.rhe7x.iworx.x86_64

yum update interworx-cli

To check and enable automatic updates please refer to https://www.interworx.com/support/faq/troubleshooting-how-to/manage-software-updates/

If needed please contact support at https://support.interworx.com/.

We will be providing further details asap via our change log.
