Good Mailserver
looking at adding a mail server to my current server, and drop the current setup i have on cVPS.
need ideas for what to run and any tutorials on the install for a fully functioning one, which i can sync my iphone up to.. and have forwarding capabilities.. (since i have like a million email addresses)

You might want to have a look at iRedMail
With dhamaniasad on this one, iRedMail is a easy to setup and maintain.

Have been running this setup - with some tweaks plus adding SPF/DKIM etc. - on 2 different 256MB boxes for almost 3 months with hardly a hiccup
