• Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit OS running Linux kernel 4.x
• 8 GB of memory with swap enabled (16 GB of memory is better)
• 4 CPU cores (8 is better)
• TCP ports 80 and 443 are accessible
• UDP ports 16384 - 32768 are accessible
• Port 80 is not in use by another application

Let me know your recommendations or offers! I'm looking for something as cheap as possible.
I'm located in Australia so the closer to there the better, but not a deal breaker if it's further away.

Thanks @HostYD that's quite a bit pricier than expected, probably due to the 16GB RAM instead of the specified 8, but what I'm after is around $40 "out there" (AWS, Vultr) so I'm looking for something significantly lower than that.

Best cheap location will be LA for you. Both, @key900 and @exception0x876 have packages available that are less than 20 dollars (LetBox is 4vCore/8GB at roughly 7-9 dollars, while WisHosting is 4vCore/16GB at 16 dollars).
