I have a few servers I am good in resolving my problems myself and for cpanel not issues at all but for the other directadmins I might need help but the problem with all server management out there is that they charge too much for what I need and they charge monthly for 1 server , Any recommendation of server management company that charges based on tickets not number of servers? my budget 30 dollars monthly and I hardly send 3 or 5 tickets per month

$30/month over 5 tickets is only $6 per ticket, so I would imagine it would depend on ticket response SLA, and how much they'll cover for that $6 as to what people could offer?
