First Root - lies about refund policy

I ordered one of the VPS plans and asked for a refund after 1-2 days.
See their refund policy: https://www.first-root.com/money-back-guarantee/
I did not breach any contract rule, my only fault is that I found the service not fitting my needs and wanted to cancel and refund it (partially also ok).
Support denied this request; have you guys had similar experiences?

What did the support say? Any screenshot of your conversation?
"The traffic consumption is below 10% of the total amount."
This might be it?
Can't be, I turned it on for a few hours only to try it out. Not much downloading (maybe a benchmark run or two)
That the 14-days period for the refund starts at the end of the contract term (yes, really).
I would not post a screenshot to not violate their privacy, for me it would be fine. Not sure if there is privacy expectation in this case but I don't want to be on the wrong side.
It looks like they're going to give me the refund after I asked about the meaning of that web page.
But this is really not cool! I was thinking to use this for a yearly contract if it was good, now I am glad I didn't.
In general, if people want money from you it goes fast.
But if you request a refund or such, it takes ages, because "fuck you".
Some company's do quite fast refunds but some let you wait for weeks or even deny it at first.
