Does anyone have any recommendations? Would prefer 2tb data each month along with at least 250Mbps speed. Looking to spend around $20 per 6 month or 1 year contract. As bare bones of a vps as I can find.
Edit: NL,FR,RO would be ideal.

If you buy annual plan it will fit in your budget.
If just for VPN what about using a NAT VPS from MrVM or Inception Hosting. Cheap as chips and with the budget could get a few in different locations
