IMO they don’t necessarily need to support that. Maybe they feel their current method is enough, maybe the demand is low, maybe they are just too lazy. If you do need pooling, just ask them.
I guess it would be a bit difficult for them as they feature many regions and bandwidth pricing is different from region to region: 1TB is 10$ in Europe and NA vs. 25$ in Asia...

The reason is LET help desk is faster than anyone.

use linode, they support bandwidth pooling on all of their location
