I have got a LowEndSpirit NAT machine in Japan before for $3.5 per year and the specs should be enough for your needs.
IMy advice would be GetLark. Free account for 3 months, then only 5 USD per month (the cheapest package). In Japan they don't have servers, but the pages load very fast. The package includes free SSL certificates and clear and simple customer panel.
This product is EOL.
