@Clouvider has the option to reinstall a server from the client area. As well as KVM/IPMI over secure VPN I believe.

Leaseweb offer installation from their control panel and HP ILO/DELL iDRAC over their Private OpenVPN (Amsterdam & Frankfurt) didn't try their other locations.

BGP setup is being finished with the new Rack and range of servers being setup. Router already setup in one of our Racks. Just need to finish it. They are doing so. Just 2 days ago we have prepared with them to move the IP ranges over to our ASN.
If you would be a customer you would know that.
Hardware is all fully owned by me. Could show some nice pictures. But I guess it would get too much off topic
Reason is that HostSlim has migrated from a Cisco 6500 series one to a Juniper MX960. That was finished just last week. They told us about that about same time we done this new website design and we agreed to just finish when they finish their work on it.
As we also racked this router at this time.
Website just wasn't edited since then.
More is going to come.

Hm, i guess most of dedi sellers provide panel for reinstall O/S on servers. We use for this commercial software DCImanager for all our servers https://www.robovps.biz/dedicated_servers_in_germany/. Server owners can install/reinstall Centos 6/7/8, Ubuntu 16 /18/20, Debian 9/10, FreeBSD 11/12, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 anytime as he need.
