I need an, ideally, UK (or at least EU) VPS to test a few software development projects as my current provider has disappeared for this.
KVM preferred, up to 2gb of ram, 1gb uplink and an IPv4 address.

I would go with Clouvider or Zare. Can't go wrong with either one in the UK.
AFAIK @Clouvider provides VPS on their website, and @Zare offers VDS via their https://nitrous-networks.com/ brand.
