LF storage VPS/DEDI

i am looking for a cheapish vps or dedi USA based. 250gig hdd/ssd 1gig port and 20+TB BW/month
I am needing this to be a ftp server to host mod files for a game. ATM i am using gdrive but but some filles keep getting data caped.
Any info or help how i should go about getting this up would be good. mod files are all zip files and range from 30mb to 5GB
