Which VPS is best for Shanghai with the lowest latency. I heard Hong Kong/Taipei/Tokyo has the lowest latency because they have direct BGP route with the Tier 1 Chinese carriers (China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom). This also benefits with low intra asia. The cheapest is going to be in LA or San Jose I heard. Which VPS has direct China route in Asia (Tokyo/Hong Kong/Taipei)?
