    I'm a huge fan of learning from failure so as to learn from those that came before us. Perhaps you could gain insights from former leadership of or provide personal experiences when relevant for some of the failed companies

    I'm guessing you can offer a lot of insights as to what makes a host successful/not successful when they don't have credit or introductory vendor pricing

    Gordon who? Incero does not offer any more servers just Hivelocity and they are listed.

    The idea of video or voice interviews has been suggested before and perhaps in the future it's something we can look at.

    For now we are just focusing on text based interviews. It's not perfect, but it's a start.
