Selling a DigitalOcean accounts with $1660 in credits + $6075 Pending

Hello,
I have a Digitalocean account and a few well-ranked review articles on Medium.com which generate new referrals.
Currently, I have $1660 already paid and $6075 pending credits (will be paid each month when referred clients spend at least $25, on average I get paid $175-$400 per month) but I'm unable to spend it all and I don't know what to do with it.
I'm selling the DigitalOcean droplets via their API.

Anyway, the problem is selling / transferring of promotional credits are not allowed by DigitalOcean, not LET.
I can sell it as a white label reseller if someone buys all the resources. It's not a problem at all

If you resell their droplets you are violating LET rules because you don't have a provider tag.

You seem toO much clever, just logout and go to WHT.
Apply once you meet the guidelines, could take up to a year for a response.
