Server list with sort by storage per dollar?

I found a server list like serverhunter somewhere in the forum before but I lost the link, where you can sort by storage per dollar? Just want to find some good deals on high volume storage dedi servers for long term seeding torrents and some other stuff I can host on it.

Edit: Just realized Serverhunter had that feature. Anyway, I know there are others like it out there.

The cheapest I've seen with good network and server is Hetzner. Not sure how much budget you have.

Im just looking for the server list link. I know hetzner's storage servers.
