@earl: except that the stealth setting means that your domain and website is served by the domain registrar with your content inside their frame. I must say I'm not crazy about this idea. Hard to say which is worse - http://domainname.com:101/some-topic-here or http://domainname.com (same for all pages, with no URLs for each page/topic)...

yes unfortunately that is the case.. was going to mention that MBAM blocked the ip for internet.bs and in order to complete the redirect i have to add the ip to the ignore list so not really a solution but good for testing as it makes it easier than typing the ip and port for the CT
Just setup something for you to try http://reversenginx.myvm.pw/ , no port or anything. This setup is according to that tutorial. I have put index.html in subdirectory also just to make sure http://reversenginx.myvm.pw/sub/index.html

you can actually use this kind of proxy if you need to change dns record and cant wait for new record to resolve just on current server proxy everything to new one. I gave solution for public to local address but you can use it for public to public also.
@iSky FYI, one of the articles linked above (http://www.ameir.net/blog/archives/55-running-proxmox-behind-a-single-ip-address.html) was updated to include exactly what you're looking for. I am using that method now with no issues.
