Chances are, it should be enough. People do over estimate their bandwidth usage. But it also depends on the content type
A perfect example of data consumption would be, if one streams YouTube video at 720p , 24 hours a day, one would still not use more than 700GB data a month.
But I personally wouldn't post an offer, if it doesn't meet OP's requirements. Feels very robotish haha.
