Dedicated server with igpu (West coast)

I need a dedicated server which I will use 3 months, maybe longer it depends how the projects will be going.

Server shoud have min 1gbps, 20tb bw, intel cpu with igpu, min i7 7700, but I prefer if it is something stronger than that. Ram 16gb is enough, 32 would be great. And storage min 250gb nvme.

Location anywhere on West Coast is okey, budget around $100 per month.
