looking for 2 to 4 core ryzen based vps in frankfurt/possibly UK somewhere
well first, im hosting a game and we got both EU and NA players on a single server, currently NA players have to deal with very high ping and EU players have a huge advantage over them so id love to put the server somewhere in the middle of the 2. i assume most traffic goes through the UK, so a server right where the cable makes contact with UK soil would be ideal for both sides. if thats not possible then id like a frankfurt location. i need reliable uptime though, i had another hoster and they promised 99.9% uptime but i had so many problems with them i just had to switch, even though their hardware was unbeatable for the price.
CPU frequency should be 3.5ghz and up
my budget is about ~15€ max
min RAM should be 2GB
min monthly bandwidth 2TB but more is preferred
storage space 20GB and up

@seriesn should have some Ryzen in Germany. Ping from NA west coast to Hetzner is ~175 ms. East coast ~90ms.

@noshuru if it is a personal game server, as long as you are okay with fair share policy (unless purchasing dedicated cores), our miami location is going live in a week
im interested, just a question though, the specs that are given no the page where you can rent the VPS dont match up with the specs given on https://extravm.com/billing/knowledgebase/31/What-hardware-do-you-use.html
for the london location it says 7700K but in this article it says 3800x (for the game plan)
London uses Ryzen 3800X.
is it also possible to get a 3800X in gravelines? it says that on the sales page but on the knowledgebase it says only the intel xeon is used
3800X isn't available in Gravelines. All "KVM Game" plans in Gravelines were replaced with Strasbourg. Gravelines will come again in the future for Ryzen, but that is probably 2-4 months away.
