I'm looking for the cheapest colocation provider
Should include:
NA or EU location
100mbps unmetered or better
At least 0.5AMP 120 v
1U size
1 IP
Cheapest I've found is serveroffer.lt for 30 euro/month.

Increase your budget 19 euro more and get 1U cool at 10Gbps fair usage unlimited node from serverius
If you want 100mbps unmetered you are going to need to pay a little more.
There fair usage is 100tb although they only work on 12 month contracts.
It's 100TB+
Also You have to sign contact with most of DCs
It's not worth it to provide colocation monthly basis
Maybe there are few exception but not many
Dacentec has what you're looking for.
I'm with them, and it's $35/mo + $5/mo for colo + unmetered 100 mbit.
In France, you can get 1/4 rack for less than €200 with 0.5kVa and 1Gbps guaranteed, up to 10Gbps
