VPS provider takeover
I was on uk1.host
but they have been acquired by sonicfast.io and in turn have lost control of my IP.

As you can see the network has got a lot worse (even though they say they are in the same data centre [I believe them but still strange]).

@Mario-SF ? Seems odd to drop the VPS performance by half.
It is true that performance/core has decreased, as we have migrated to proprietary servers (HPE Apollo r2600) that mount xeon E5-2680v3 instead of E3-1240v6 , we have done everything possible to mitigate the discomfort, in some cases even doubling resources (when they are not already very discounted annual plans).
In this case the ram has been increased from 3GB to 4GB, and the space from 30GB SSD to 40GB NVMe for FREE.
The network problem has been solved, and these are the current results:
