    Ebay Works Well for it :)

    That's still illegal. Whether or not it activates isn't the legal part, it's having the correct license. It's one thing to go to eBay for personal use, but not for business use serving others.

    Anybody knows how buyvm etc do this? Afaik only SPLA is legal but quite expensive.

    Buyvm is nothing. @VirMach has $20 a year Windows VPS. Ask them now to do it.

    Regarding wishosting, it's just a trial license.
