are you disperate to sell ? in this case try to read the customer needs , was post verry celar the location , is so difficult to know a basic geograpy ? usa is not eu, start from there.

AlphaVps its not accepting orders for some reason.
Also the Romania its not in the Balkans so i cant use the Romania location for my needs.
Im waiting any other offer.

Why do you require a VPS in the Balkans specifically? AlphaVPS is probably your only option with that budget.

@Nyr - its for gaming purpouses first i need a lower vps to test it then later i will order a biger one.
@AlexBarakov - I have ordered a vps to you before 2 months and you did not accepted my order with the reason that MaxMind doesnt know my address so you said to me we cant host you find another provider.
And you want yearly payments just to test? Weird.
ITL DC has Bulgarian servers which are cheap and perform well, but your budget is unrealistic, I suggest to increase it. Also consider that Central Europe is 30 ms or less from the Balkan region, so it should also work for gaming. Hetzner for example is cheap and reliable.
@Nyr Hetzner Ping in Ballkan its 55-75 i have already testes everything.
I have ordered a vps now into AlphaVPS.bg so far so good ping its 10-20 from here
