Definatly outlook for me. I've used it as my main email address most of the time
I will stop using email and go back to letters. We used to send letters in the old days anyway. Old habits die hard.

I recommend something like protonmail.com or a cpanel with a custom domain.
For the record, I have never had a Gmail account. So far, I have not regretted that decision. I am not so foolish as to believe that Google isn't tracking me anyway.
For the truly paranoid:
I wonder if, when the government does a threat assessment on an individual, the threat level is significantly higher if the individual never had a Gmail or social media account. Just sayin'
